This policy explains the terms and condition of refund and return for products purchased from/at www.greenkrush.co.in
Please note we do not offer refunds. If you are not satisfied with your order, you have the right to ask for a replacement, exchange or store credit. We accept replacement and exchange requests if we deliver a wrong, defective, or damaged product and so long as such defect was not caused by customer’s improper handling of the product.
DEFECTIVE, DAMAGED OR WRONG PRODUCT
If we deliver a damaged or defective product, or product of incorrect size or description, you have the right to return and exchange it for a well-functioning or correct product. Before returning the product, you must first contact us with the details of the defect or fault so that we may be able to review the defect and assist you with your request. We advise you to include a copy of sales receipt and photographs of the incorrect or defective product to help us in our evaluation of the alleged defect. Note that the right of exchange or replacement is subject to you providing us with proof of damage or wrong description.
Products must be returned within 5 days of delivery to be eligible for replacement or exchange. Products retuned beyond this period or without the accompanying sales receipt will not be accepted and no replacement or exchange will be issued. If after inspection, we determine that the product was defective, we will provide a replacement product.
EXCHANGE AND STORE CREDIT
If you do not want a replacement product, we provide the option to choose between exchange or store credit. If we accept your exchange request, we will provide you with a product of similar or identical value and type including similar size, color or brand. If you do not want replacement or exchange, you have the option to ask for a store credit. If you opt for store credit, we will register store credit equivalent to the total amount of your order. Store credit can be used in future purchases at our store.
If a product is retuned following a cancellation, or for any other reason, we may charge you a restocking fee .We also reserve the right to refuse returns made by anyone other than the person who placed the order.
All products must be returned to us in their original condition and packaging, and complete with original labels or tags. Products returned in damaged condition and without original packaging or labels will not be accepted. Pack the retuned product properly to ensure that it is not damaged while in transit. It is your responsibility, as a customer, to take good care of the product while it is in your possession.
